Buffalo Point Partners was formed to acquire and work with a lower middle market business.  We seek to be part of an entrepreneur’s or family’s succession plan, and to partner with a talented supporting management team whom we can help to drive growth going forward.  

A few things we look for:

  • Transaction size up to $100 million

  • Software, recurring services, or light manufacturing

  • Recurring revenue or customers

  • Growing industry

  • Low capital intensity

  • High return on capital employed

  • Limited cyclicality

  • Recognizable brand within the market served

  • We will consider any business that aligns with our favored characteristics

  • We are especially interested in businesses that that tie into tailwinds related to:
