Internship Program

Buffalo Point Partners is actively recruiting interns to assist with its search for a business to acquire.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluate acquisition targets

• Generate industry ideas

• Perform industry research

• Source acquisition opportunities, both through intermediaries and via direct outreach to target companies  

• Draft marketing materials and indications of interest

• Conduct due diligence

Requirements:

• Current MBA student

• Ability to work 10+ hours per week (hours are flexible)

• Interest in investing in private companies

• High integrity

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

The position is unpaid. Interns will gain experience relevant to careers in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, and business development. Remote work is possible. Interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to Randy Burns (rburns@buffalopointpartners.com).
