Buffalo Point Partners was formed to invest in lower middle market businesses.  We seek to be part of entrepreneurs’ or families’ succession plans. We partner with management teams whom we can help to drive growth going forward.  

A few things we look for:

  • $2-10+ million of EBITDA or free cash flow

  • Transaction size up to $100 million (no limit for minority equity co-investments)

  • Light manufacturing, recurring services, or software

  • Recurring demand

  • Growth tailwinds

  • Low capital intensity

  • Limited cyclicality

  • Recognizable brand within the market served

  • High return on tangible capital
